Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a Dutch-born American actor and singer. She is most famous as a theater actress as well for her role as Chelsea Daniels from the Disney channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actress (Female) and singer best known for her recurring parts in the television series That's So Raven. The year 2006 saw Van Pol recorded an original version of the Disney song Candle on the Water by Pete's Dragon as part of Disneymania.
